Reading your body's language that takes place during 'Postural Energetics' I make fine adjustments to help you to start to release your restrictions.

Following on from your postural energetics your body and mind are more in alignment, we continue to work directly on your body at specific identified areas to release your Connective Tissue, releasing fascia deeper within your body to further release restrictions.

A Myofascial Tissue Release MTR treatment session is performed directly on skin without oils or creams. This enables the therapist to detect fascial restrictions and apply the appropriate amount of sustained pressure to facilitate release of the fascia. It works on the principle that many people hold stress in their muscles causing them to seize, tighten or lock. Injuries or scarring will exacerbate this. The purpose of myofascial release is to access these areas of blockage and tension and release them, by freeing up the muscle and allowing it to move more easily.

Qualification of a Diploma in Community Nutrition, with Honours. Enables working with the client we can identify eating and drinking trends and establish alternative, healthier options and routines to help the client to choose and improve their health and wellness.

The client records weight, height and a daily intake of all nutrition and hydration over a two week period and on discussion and review they can identify the above mentioned trends. Through educating the client they take on board choices to improve their health and wellness and implement this on a daily basis. Follow up consultations are agreed where appropriate with each client.

Working with the client through their full consultation, we agree the steps to take to bring the client safely in and out of meditative state. Being mindful of current circumstances and level of wellness, we help to control the clients breathing and in a safe, calm environment take the client through their meditation and from the meditation safely. Being mindful of this journey and allowing time to be present before they go home. Breathing techniques and meditation practice can then be followed and practiced at home enabling the client to continue to work positively on their health and wellness.

Clients’ personal identifying information including your name, postal address, email adress and phone numbers are collected in order to contact and provide services to clients. Clients’ health information is collected and stored in the form of consultation forms and treatment notes to assist with providing safe and effective services.

Cancellations Policy

The following terms and conditions relate to purchases made through Aurora Health Sccotland. By using the website and making online/cash purchases you agree to all terms and conditions.

ALL Appointment/Class purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable once rendered.
Appointment/Class packages are good at Aurora Health Scotland in Bathgate and cannot be used at any other Massage Therapy business.
Aurora Health Scotland reserves the right to cancel or change customers appointments, however notice to customer will be given.
All transactions are processed in Pounds Sterling(GBP).
In the event of a "No Show" you WILL be charged the full cost of your appointment.
To avoid any "No Show" fees please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment to avoid being charged.

Refunds Policy

At Aurora Health Scotland once services are rendered, all sales are final and no refunds or exchanges will be given for services.

Appointments booked then cancelled greater than 24 hours to start time of appointment will be given a refund of their deposit.

Appointments booked then cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will lose their deposit.

If you decide not to show for your booked appointemnt Aurora Health Scotland classed this as a "No Show Appointment" you will be charged for the full service.
